Varying temperatures for keg

So my kegerator is broken and I'm having a new one shipped out to me in 7-14 days. In the meantime, I have two kegs in there that I need to store somewhere. I don't have space in the fridge so is it better to leave them in the basement where its about 70 degrees for a while or put them outside where the daily high/low in Virginia is mid 60s/low 40s?

My guess is that the temperature fluctuation outside probably isn't good for the beer.

Also - I have a Corny keg priming for the last week at 70. I was going to hook it up but obviously can't now. Will that be okay to sit for another 7-14 days at 70 degrees?

Try to leave them at a steady temperature. It's better to leave a keg sitting out at 80 degrees than going back and forth between 40 and 70.

The keg that's priming will be fine, too.
