So I hadn't brewed in a while and wanted to throw together a cheap easy fermenter/keg filler. The resulting beer was a yummy light quaffable ale that surprised me how good it tastes. Here's the layout.
1# caravienne steeped
4.5# pilsner dme
2 ounces of cascade hops
Irish moss 1tsp
1 package us-05 yeast
Hop schedule
.5 at 45
.5 at 30
.5 at 15
.5 at 5
Good cheap keg filler that the bmc crowd will still drink.
