hey, I have done many Brewhouse beers, which are virtually the same idea, except I have to add extra water to bring it to 23 litres. I dry hopped a cream ale with 2 oz cascade pellets for a week, and it was delicious, still think about that beer sometimes. Use 1 to 2 ounces of either cascade or citra or whatever it has in it already for 5 to 7 days at the end of secondary fermentation and it will be delish.
 
Do you guys have an idea of which hops variety I should be using and how much pellets I should throw?
 
I was think of centennial, simcoe and citra, about 1 oz each in pellets. What do you think ?
