Sorry to dissapoint if you found the title decieving.

I just poured a bottle of my belgian wit ever so carefully down the side of the glass in an attempt to keep the head to a minimum as I hate having to tip the bottle back up, sip away at the head then continue pouring as it kicks up the yeast at the bottom. Alas no matter how carefully I pured it the head just skyrocketed up and suddenly there was no more room in the glass for beer, so instead of doing the dreaded double pour I just tilted the glass and sucked away at the foam (I won't dare say head in this sentence) while I poured in from the side.
After sitting the full glass back on the bench the head kept on erupting like a volcano, so I sat there for about a minute literally eating the foam off the glass to stop it spilling.

I wonder if they have a word for that in Belgium.
