East Coast Yeast ECY15

Has anyone tried the East Coast Yeast ECY15 Munich Festbier yeast? It is reportedly the Hacker-Pschorr strain. I am thinking of using it for a Maibock I would like to brew around New Years...

Also, do their vials contain about 100B cells similar to White Labs and WYeast?

From their web site:
Homebrew 5 gallon pitches (125ml) are approximately 2-4 hundred billion cells for ales; 5-6 hundred billion cells for lagers.
