Tasting Notes
Smooth, golden, fluffy head, soft hop aroma, some fruity aroma, faint caramel.
Ingredients:

6 lbs Pilsner Malt
1 lbs 20 L Crystal Malt
1 lbs Flaked Corn

1 tsp Irish Moss 15 min boil

0.5 oz Cascade pellets 60 min boil
0.5 oz Cascade pellets 30 min boil
0.5 oz Hallertau pellets 15 min boil
0.5 oz Hallertau pellets 5 min boil

Procedure:
Mash at 152f for 60 minutes
