Buddies and I just had the last bottle from our 1st ever batch (AG). Been in the bottle for 9 months. A lot went wrong since it was our 1st time and AG nonetheless. What a difference time makes. It was unbelievable! Seriously tasted just like Fat Tire. We were blown away. All I gotta say is wait...if you can.
 
That's why we say it over and over and over...not to jerk new brewer's chains, but because it's true. We're not making Kool Aid, it's not stir in ingredients and enjoy. When you're dealing with a living micro-organism, said organism if given time can do a lot to clean up it's own messes.
