I pitched a Wyeast European Ale Yeast this morning at room temp (~75 deg) into wort which was about about 60 deg (I left it outside overnight!) I didn't make a starter. The wort has come up to about 66 deg in 8 hours since I moved it inside.

Is this yeast gonna survive?

Yes, just expect a slow start. I suspect it would be happier around 70F, so if it isn't showing any signs of life after 48 hours, try warming it up.
