2nd batch today - Northern Brewer American Wheat

Everything went well, OG ended up at 1.042.

Does anyone have experience with this kit?

It says approximately two weeks for fermentation. I will obviously get readings for a few days to confirm it is done, but have other people left it in longer? Has anyone racked to a secondary? Any advice from those with experience is welcomed.

On another note - we were able to crack open the "English Amber Ale" err Pale Ale that we bottled 2 weeks ago to see how it was coming. Not bad, should turn out nice after some time.

Others might dissagree, but a secondary is probaly not needed for this beer. I would wait a couple of weeks at least to bottle. Assuming gravity readings tell you fermentation is complete.

I went with 2 weeks in primary and 2 weeks conditioning in bottles like the directions said. Came out great.
