Tasting Notes
Initially a little sweet but at 6 weeks in the bottle has a real nice balance
Technically this probably isn't a cream ale but I didn't really know how else to classify this beer.

If I would change anything I may remove the Corn Sugar because initially I thought it was too sweet but once this beer sits for a couple weeks it has a really nice balance.

Malts / Fermentables
6 Lbs Extra Light LME
1 Lb Corn Sugar
1 Lb Amber DME (add at the last 15 mins)

Grains (Steep @ 150* for 45 Mins)
1/2 Lb Crystal 40L
1/2 Lb Carapils
1/2 Lb 2-Row
1/2 Lb Flaked Maize

Sparge with 165* water
