Slow Pouring Keg

One of my kegs, regardless of serving pressure, pours extremely slowly. I have disassembled the keg and reassembled it multiple times without avail. ANy ideas as to what the issue could be?

It seems to only happen with beer.... I dispensed some star san from it to sanitize my lines and it seemed to pour faster.

The pour is fine on all of my other kegs, it is not the length of the line.

Possibly a bad/ worn poppet? Do you have another keg that you could switch the poppet out from and test?

Did you clean the dip tube with a brush when you disassembled?

Diptube has been cleaned. The keg was rebuilt so it SHOULDN'T be the poppet but I will check it one the keg is killed or if I have time to transfer to another keg.
