I have almost completed my new keezer project, but I have a few questions on the temp controller.
1 - Since it is analog, the differential is set at 3.5 degrees(which is not adjustable), so what temp would be best to set the dial to for your basic ales?
2 - Does it matter what the freezer's temp setting is? Should it be on the highest setting or lowest?
3 - Also, are there any SIMPLE tricks to make the freezer as accurate as possible and turn on as little as possible to save some money on my power bill?
