Can I get some thoughts on this Oatmeal Chocolate Stout Recipe?

10.00 lb Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM) Grain 80.00 %
1.00 lb Oats, Flaked (1.0 SRM) Grain 8.00 %
0.50 lb Black (Patent) Malt (500.0 SRM) Grain 4.00 %
0.50 lb Cara-Pils/Dextrine (20.0 SRM) Grain 4.00 %
0.50 lb Chocolate Malt (350.0 SRM) Grain 4.00 %
1.00 oz Hallertauer Hersbrucker [4.00 %] (60 min) Hops 12.2 IBU
1.00 oz Hallertauer Hersbrucker [4.00 %] (10 min) (Aroma Hop-Steep)
6.00 oz Cocoa Powder (Boil 5.0 min) Misc
1 Pkgs Safale 04 (Safale #English Ale Yeast) Yeast-Ale

Mashed at 154 for 60 minutes

A little more of a porter than a stout with that black patent malt... Try rejiggering the recipe with roasted malt instead of black patent, and you'll get a nicer stout roastiness. Otherwise it looks pretty nice!

What about upping the chocolate malt and dropping the black patent??
