Dogfish head is probably one of the more popular breweries that use the heavy paper labels but I have seen other breweries use them too. Where can I get this style of paper to use for labels? I want to start labelling my give away bottles and always thought the heavier paper labels add a bit more class to the beer.

I use a cardboard colored paper called "kraft" labels. I'm don't think it's what you're thinking of, but it's close to the thick paper look.

You can buy thicker "cardstock" at Office Depot. It wouldn't be self-adhesive, so you'd need to use glue stick or something else.
