nice brew
This beer was literally undrinkable for the first month after bottling. All of the summit flavoring addtions made it taste like garlic/onion. I thought the beer was ruined and stashed it for anothe month. Craked one tonight...low and behold...TANGERINE! The onion is gone, you get a nice roasty toasty finish from the chocolate that is complimented by big tangerine taste. If you have patience to let the hops do their thing...this recipe is great. The wheat gives it a huge head that doesn't die and the slightly higher mash temp allows the MO and caramel to cut the bitterness....nice balance.

On a scale of 1-50 I give this beer a 40. Not the best I have ever had, but really good.
