hi guys, i'm specing my electric build. i've settled on 1 of these two products as my MLT and HLT. i will be installing a herms in the HLT. i don't think i'll have an electric PID, will go by the therm in the vessel.

i'm looking at the 20 gallon highlander brewing vessels for BK,MLT, and HLT or the mini brew MLT and HLT.

the system will be a showpiece in the finished basement so shiny kettles do have an appeal, but i feel that the the minibrew thick plastic will hold temp better, especially since i'm going manual.

big difference either way?

please offer thoughts.

or maybe the penrose kettle? that looks quality as well. would have to punch alot of holes though.

i guess that would be OK really.
