I have bleach and water mixed together in a spray bottle--in safe proportions. Can I first rinse off then spray my stirring spoon and have it be sufficiently sanitized for stirring my must? I would like to stir a couple times a day, but would really prefer to do it this way as opposed to filling a sink and pouring out the correct ratio of water and bleach.
Thanks.

Bleach sanitizes but it always requires either rinsing (which defeats the purpose) or allowing to air-dry completely until you can no longer smell the bleach. Otherwise you run the risk of getting a chlorine taste in your final product.

Do yourself a huuuuuge favor and go to your local homebrew store (LHBS) or online to purchase either Iodophor or StarSan... I'd recommend the latter. Then use a spray bottle with a proper solution of either of those.
