What do you all think about this yeast. I just tried my Accidental IPA since I was testing gravity and it was much more fruity than I expected. I control my temps so it never got over 68F.
 
Similar to Nottingham and in a packet half the size. Very poor value for money.
 
I used 2 packets re-hydrated for an IIPA, it took off really quick and went crazy for about a day and a half then settled down. It seemed at least as active as the yeast I got from the local microbrewer. Haven't checked the gravity yet, but it sure got going quick.
