So my order shipped on Wednesday and wont be delivered until Tuesday .
It is shipping by UPS .
So my question is what temp does a White Labs yeast actually freeze at ?
I did some searching and found that it will only kill off about 10% of the yeast in a freeze assuming it only freezes once in transport .
Ooh yea it is from 0f to 13f here
