I brewed my first kolsch beer today using ice to cool it to pitching temperature. I took my son out looking for a job and when I got home my son said; "Dad, something is here?" I looked and on the steps was this big square box. I knew at once it was my wort chiller! *WOOT* Bought it off eBay for $50. It has 1/2" instead of the 3/8" tubing. I have read that about 15-20 min left of the boil to put the chiller into the kettle to sanitize it. Couldn't I just sanitize it with my StarSan?
