1 sweet onion diced
3-4 cloves garlic thinly sliced
1-2# round or chuck steak cut fajita style
4 cups tomato sauce
1/2 cup flour
paprika
bayleaf
1 bag wide egg noodles
sour cream

saute onions and garlic over high heat. when onoins are cooked add meat and brown. add bayleaf and sauce, cover and simmer for 1-2 hrs. prior to serving mix flour and paprika together till pink add some water like you would to make gravy mix and stir into sauce mixture to thicken. serve over the noodles with a dollop of sour cream. serves 4-6
 
I've never had this dish. I think I'll need to give it a shot this week.
