I want to brew something today. I have a 1gallon IPA all grain kit that I could do or I have a 5gallon nut brown extract. What should I do? I have never all grain brewed before so I'm leaning towards that just cause its Sunday and I have the time.
I have that itch, and you all know what I'm talking about.
