Is the airing cupboard too hot to put the coopers lager after bottling, I've had it in my bedroom in the box for a week, I've put my thermometer strip on 1 of the bottles and its mainly on 18 degrees...
Would it be too hot if I put them in the airing cupboard or would it be ok??

What is an airing cupboard? I keep my bottles for two weeks at room temp (between 65 - 70 degrees farenheight) then 1 week in the refrigerator.

For the sake of info, what's an "airing cupboard"? As long as it's around 70F (about 21C),it'll be fine. A little warmer is ok,but don't let them get too warm.
