I'm planning on collecting enough wort for two three gallon batches and boiling them side by side with maybe 30 minutes difference for cooling.

My ideas so far are:
APA and CDA (cold steeping dark grains over night and adding to boil)
Rye PA and Rye IPA
Witbier and white IPA

I'd like to try using some WLP001 I washed so in leaning more towards the first two. But does anyone else have any suggestions? Maybe single hop ales? Suggestions or advice would be awesome.

Seperate beers. I'll post my recipes later when I'm not on my phone. I found some rye oatmeal at the grocery store that I want to try out. So leaning towards that. Do you think the WLP001 cause the hops to over power the rye?
