WOW what weather we are having so brew some BEER time is ON !!

I like the Diamond Knot IPA so # 6 batch is on today. Brew started and prep table ready. Now, I've made some changes to this you Know :drunk:

Ahh more nector. Well it's in the jug. First I had 4 box's of brew to move out thew way. This was with my home grown hops right off the Bines..

[/IMG] Any ways, that's how I do it :mug: I think this is #6 batch for me in 11 1/2 months. Not a pro but I have a handle on it.

Looks great! Nice to see a fellow homebrewer in my neck of the woods. I'm in Mill Creek now, but lived in Smokey Point for quite a few years!
 
An american pale ale or IPA with homegrown cascade sounds really, really good.
 
Been a week and still burping, but really slow now. I'll give it a few more days and rack it over.
