I was thinking an IPA....
I have the following hops:
1 lb of Sterling 7.7%
1 lb of Cascade 4.6%
1 lb of Centennial whole hops
2 oz Saaz 3%
3 oz Williamette 5.1%
1 oz Pearle 8.3%
1 oz Mt. Hood 3.9 %
I have Belgian Pale ale, Rogue Dead Guy clone, and Centennial Blonde in the keg now.....
So maybe something different this time....
Give me some ideas...
