I need to replace the tubing on my auto siphon but I do not have a Homebrew shop close to me, is there any other type of tubing that I can buy at any other store?

I use the tubing you can buy at Home Depot. I think as long as its not hot transfer you should be okay.

I thought about that but it is not food grade and I was worried about it giving the beer a plastic taste

Dublin, OH here!

Are you talking generic tubing that goes from the auto-siphon to bucket, etc.? I've used tubing from Lowes, haven't noticed an issue.

Wow a lot of Central Ohio boys found this thread. I thought I was the only one on these here forums.

the best IMO is the silicone tubing you can buy on amazon.com for $10 (or whatever, it's cheap) you can boil it before each use and it lasts forever.
