This will be my third batch, and I did a little time researching last night to try and pick out ingredients. So far I've only had a couple kits that I worked with, but this time I wanted to try and pick out the ingredients myself. An Irish Ale I'm calling Foxhound. I used the help of BeerTools Pro and another web based calculator to check everything...and I'm excited.
This is the post that got the ball rolling though

4 oz. Special roast
2 oz. Chocolate malt
8 oz. Belgian Pilsen Malt
2 oz. Crystal 40L
6 lbs Amber LME

1oz. Williamete Pellet Hops (60 min)
1oz. Challenger Pellet Hops (1-5min)

Wyeast Irish Ale 1084

Expected OG: 1.047
Expected FG: 1.012
Color: 15.47* SRM
IBU: 19-24

I'm excited for this one. Any thoughts on it?
