Partial Mash at 151 F for 60 mins

I also put aside a growler with 1/4 of a jalapeno pepper "dry hopping", the small taste I've had of it is good but needs a few more weeks to age.

For an all grain or all extract version I convert 2 row to extract at 1 lbs grain to 0.75 lbs liquid extract.

Added 8/14 - This was inspired by Oaked Arrogant Bastard. While it's not a clone, it definitely has the big flavor spirit that Stone Brewery goes for.

The beer is a bit lighter than the pic.
 
It won 2nd in the morebeer forum comp, wood aged / smoke beer category. I'll post the score card when I get it.
