Not that anyone would remember me, but I am back after too long. Busy at work, new house, unsure of how to set up the new brewery etc.
Anyways, the third car garage has become my brewery, just picked up a Bayou Classic "patio stove" a spare propane tank and a couple of tall coolers to hold my carboys until I can scrounge up a fridge.
Should be burning some wort this weekend if all goes well.
Finished off my "Whiskey's" Blonde after I let half of the batch sit for about nine months. Man it was freaking good, great head, smooth and crystal clear.
Anyways it's good to be back in the swing of things.
