Saturday I brewed a batch that's basically a Belgian wit style beer but I used a Saison yeast. And added some blended up and boiled organic raspberries towards the end of fermentation. OG was 1.066. In 3 days it's at 1.007. The yeast is a beast!
Has anyone else tried anything like this?
I think it will be awesome when it's done.
