So, I was brewing an oatmeal stout last night and discovered my scale was not sitting flat on my counter. The result is that I think I put in about two times as much hops as called for. Any ideas on what this will do to my beer and how to salvage it?

For sure, 1 oz of golding at 4.9, probably .6 oz of fuggles at 4.2, and about .5 oz of saaz at 8.9. Recipe called for 1.8 oz of golding at 5%. I was trying to use up some left over hops. The recipe is Jamils mcquaker oatmeal stout.

Use some software to get the total IBUs for the batch as you brewed it.

You do realize that with only adding the hops at 60 minutes from the end you'll have no hop flavor or aroma. Right?

yeah, i was just trying to use up my hops that were leftover from other batches. Not 100% sure on the amount of each type of hop because my scale wasn't level on the counter.
