If you have ever wanted to know what the bastard child of Newcastle and Sierra Nevada would look like, well here it is! It's strong enough for a Man, but its sweet/smooth enough to tell your wife that you made it for her!

  • 8LBS MARIS OTTER
  • 1LB Caramel Munich 60L (Briess)
  • 0.5LBS Carapils (Briess)
  • MASH 158 FOR 60 MINUTES
  • AT BOIL ADD 1LB OF DARK BROWN SUGAR
  • AT BOIL ADD 10Z SORACHI ACE
  • AT BOIL ADD 1OZ OF CASCADE HOPS
  • AT 20 MINUTES ADD 0.50 OZ OF SORACHI HOPS
  • AT 20 MINUTES ADD 0.50 OZ OF CASCADE HOPS
  • AT 12 MINUTES ADD 1OZ OF GRATED GINGER ROOT
  • AT 7 MINUTES ADD 0.50 OZ OF SORACHI ACE HOPS
  • AT 7 MINUTES ADD 0.50OZ OF CASCADE HOPS
