First time poster, so thanks in advance for the input.
Im brewing an extract kit: http://www.midwestsupplies.com/grand-cru.html
Which sounds similar to a belgian wit beer but involving honey and a higher final ABV. Ive brewed the midwest Belgian Wit Kit in the past which turned out quite good, but i would like to put a spin on this one so they are not too similar. Could anyone recommend a fruit addition to this beer? And if so how would you go about it, ive never tried adding fruit during the brewing process.
thanks
