This is a 1 gallon recipe, so If I want to make 5 gallons just multiply everything by 5 right, even the acid blend? Thanks!

WELCH'S WHITE GRAPE AND RASPBERRY WINE

2 cans (11.5 oz) Welch's White Grape and Raspberry frozen concentrate
1-1/4 lbs granulated sugar
2 tsp acid blend
1 tsp pectic enzyme
1 tsp yeast nutrient
water to make 1 gallon

Got 5 gallons mixed up, 10tsp sounds like allot of acid blend anyone awake?

Acid blend can be added as needed after the fermentation and prior to bottling...

I've made this recipe several times though (1 gallon batches), and have always made it as written.

I like to stabilize and backsweeten with a little honey and juice as well; since it does finish dry.
