I just bottled my first batch ever! I made an Harpoon IPA clone and it tastes great, although warm and flat. This brewing is tremendous stuff. I will be making Edworts Apfelwein recipe this weekend and the following weekend I will be making a Sam Adams Summer Clone. So, I will have two of my three carboys filled. What to put in the third?

Congratulations, you have nearly won the game! Let that bad boy Carb up and enjoy. As for the third carboy, how about a classy American Pale Ale!!

You had better make another Harpoon IPA. That first batch isn't going to last you very long. Trust me.

I just bottled my first batch yesterday. I made a double IPA and can't freakin'
wait for it to condition.

It tasted great (although like you said, warm and flat). I had great color and aroma and really good clarity, probably due to the secondary fermentation I guess.

I think I am going to do a Nut Brown ale next. mmmmmm.

Congrats buddy. Cheers to us.
