I brewed a Strong Ale from Austin Homebrew that tastes pretty darn close. They also have a specific clone of this beer. I'm sure someone here has a recipe, too, if you're not into kits. Sorry to not be more helpful.

Recipie
12 oz 55 L british crystal malt
8 oz 20 L crystal malt
8 lb M&F light Dme
1.5 oz East Goldings @ 4.7% (7 HBU)
(bittering hop)
1/2 oz Fuggles (flavor hop)
1/2 oz East Goldings (flavor hop)
1 tsp Irish moss
1 oz East goldings (aroma hop)
Wyeast's 1084 Irish ale yeast
( ferment at 68-74 F)
1 1/4 cup M@F extra-light DME.

All Grain
11.75 lb 2-row pale malt with specialty grains at 150 F for 90 minutes.
Add 5 HBU less of bittering hops for 90 minutes
Add flavor hops and irish moss last 15 minutes of boil.
Add aroma hops last minute
Hope this helps. I've made this and everybody that I let try thought it was pretty goog.
