Void of ideas,make me a recipie from these?

Ok, I dont know what to do with all these ingredients I have knockin about. Anybody care to throw any suggestions my way?

There's probably something really obvious in there but I'm new to this so I'm not up to creating beers from a list of ingredients quite yet.

Golden Promise
Roasted Barley
Wheat Malt
Munich Malt
Crystal Malt
Light Malt DME
Amber Malt DME
Wheat Malt

Cascade
Fuggles
Centenial

Any thoughts besides the fact that I'm a lazy f**ker who's lookin for someone to make him a recipe?!

7 lbs light DME
0.5 lb crystal

1 oz. Centennial @ 60
0.5 oz. Cascade @ 15
0.5 oz Cascade @5

steep the crystal at ~155*F for 20 minutes...

bring to a boil; add DME return to boil...

follow hop schedule

cool wort; pitch US-05 or Notty; ferment for 3 weeks at 65-68.
