Hello,
I've been considering buying some bottles, and I really like swingtops. Just wondering if blue bottles are as good as brown, or if they have similar problems to green? The ones I've found are more expensive than browns, but that doesn't always make them better.

Thanks

Brown is the only color of bottles that blocks the specific wavelength of light that causes the skunky flavor in the beer. I would treat beer in blue bottles the same as if the bottles were clear, i.e. keep them in complete darkness.

They make blue bottles? Sweet!

eh, nevermind, I'll search for that answer
