I found this recipe and was wondering what it might taste like?

Crystal 20L 1 lb
Honey 1 lb
LME 7 lb

Hops:
Cascade 0.50 oz 60min
Perle 0.50 oz 30min
Cascade 0.50 oz 15min
Cascade 0.50 oz 0min

WL 001 yeast

I get about 20 IBU when I calculate it out.
It doesn't say when to add the honey, so I'm assuming at about the last 15min of the boil.
It seems to me that it might taste like a malty pale ale.

Thanks

Looks like an american blonde ale to me. It won't be more malty than the average pale ale because there are no melanoidin-rich grains, but it will be less bitter. The honey will dry it out a bit, which could be good.

*edit*
If I were you, I'd look up biermuncher's centennial blond in the recipes section. It's similar, but it has stood the test of time.
