Keg to bottles?

I have a little beer left in my keg that I want to get rid of. Is it possible to rack from the keg to bottles and keep the CO2 from the keg in the beer without having to add more sugar?
 
If you have perlick faucets you could try the bowie bottle adapter. Its a cylinder of machined steel with O rings on it that fit snugly into your perlick faucet. you attach a piece of hosing and a if you want a bottling wand. It works beautifully!!! I couldn't find any info on purchasing on the web. I bought mine from Annapolis Home Brew. (check them out online they are super cool to deal with but don't list adapter in inventory online) In the instructions that came with the adapter the contact information is
