I have a mint chocolate stout in the keg with mint leaves floating on top on 14 psi at 41 degrees for 7 stright days today, and I pourd a glass a few min ago and it is still flat :(

Can some styles take longer to gas up ? I cranked the tank to 20 maby that will help :)

What do you guys think ?

I think 7 days at 14 psi at 41F is too short of a time. For set and forget you need at least another week, possibly 2.
