I thought I would share one of my new favorite recipes, dubbed Muddy PAW (Pale Ale Wheat).
Not exactly your normal wheat beer or pale ale, but I have grown to love the mix of these two styles.
4 lbs Pale Malt
4 lbs Red Wheat Malt
8 oz Caramel Wheat Malt
4 oz Flaked Wheat
.75 oz Horizon 60 mins
1 oz Cascade 15 mins
1 oz Sorachi Ace 0 mins
Mash at 152F for 60 minutes
Wyeast #1010 American Wheat Ale
