It's finished this last week and already did my first all-grain brach(Summer Ale). I went with a bigger sized cooler as I plan on doing 10+ gallon batches down the road. I hadn't seen anyone use this cooler so I was a little concerned, but after using it my first time I am completely O.K. With it now.
