"Brisket-BBQd"

  • Thanksgiving 2011 Brisket BBQ'd for 12hrs on offset BBQ using mesquite lump charcoal (Sam's Club) for coals and hickory/oak chunks for smoke. Temps ranged between 200F-300F (It was really windy, so temp control was difficult)
