Large two bay SS sink for cleanup, rack to hold my needed items during brew day.
My 3-tier system: (2) Blichmann burners w/leg extensions, 54 qt. cooler mash tun, 15-gal. megapot w/thermo, site gauge, 3-piece SS ball valve, chugger pump, 30-plate chiller w/thermometer.
Range hood rated at 480 cfm; in-ceiling speakers, mini can lights all make brew day comfortable.
My fermentation chamber with capacity up to (5) 5 gal. buckets all controlled by my ebay aquarium temp. controller.
Storage shelf for buckets, grain, various items.
Hidden storage behind power panel door.
Inside the fermentation chamber. Has the capability to hold temps to within .5 deg. with the use of the mini fridge and 100W light.
Future flat panel TV area (which my wife thinks is ridiculous), but they are so cheap nowadays and if I'm gonna be in there for hours...... I'm just sayin.
NG pipe with two outlets (one for each of my burners).
CO2 censor to ensure safety. It hasn't gone off in the 4 times I've brewed in this room. As long as there is proper ventilation and air flow; it seems to be safe.
A remote on/off switch for my chugger pump.
Fermentation chamber also doubles as a nice work surface during brew day.
Notice my home-made stir plate with fresh yeast starter ready to be pitched on brew day.
A look at my 3-tier system on brew day.
Brew day action shots: draining the mash into the BK, but filtering out any of the grains.
