The first round of purchases

Staropramen was my favorite when I lived there. Since then they expanded their range, probably too much. However, this unfiltered version was excellent. Had to be some wheat in there, but didn't spent time dissecting it.

Oh how I wish I had room in the luggage, even to bring back empties. 50 cent a piece flip top bottles, filled with a quite bitter pilsner. Loved it, but wasn't a real appropriate chaser for all the shots of slivovice which were also going down.

Grocery store selection. All for about 50 cents per 1/2 liter bottle.

Czech porter - failure. Horrible, sweet, thin, shame. I think this was just before I poured the rest of the glass and the bottle and glass down the drain. Too much good beer to waste time with more of it.

As I said, they probably expanded too far. A lemon flavored pilsner in the homeland. Ahh, the travesty. That one was left on the store shelves.
