What in the hell is that?

It looks similar to the main electrical power supply panel at frame 270 (or close to it) of the mighty C-130 Hercules.

Well maybe not just like it but the dimensions look about right.. just not enough
beefed up power distribution contactors to be the same thing... Awwh crap. This photo took me back to something similar and not even the same thing. I'm to freaking nostalgic.
