    I use the exact same system and it works great! I don't have the kegs here with me as they are
    at my brewing buddy's house, but all you need is someone who has a 2" triclover clamp to
    measure it at it...

    Test your evap rate and use the measured value. Put a certain amount of water in your kettle
    and boil for an hour then measure the amount after the boil and calculate what you lost!
