So, I accidentally burnt the corn sugar and water mixture some bottles taste normal and other
bottles taste like a brown ale with a slight toasteness flavor it's like I made two different
great beers ...

It takes twice as long as an ice bath in the sink and I sanitize the fermenter and the wort is

I have always put the ice I bought at the gas station directly in my fermenter with no,

So, I got the gold dust ipa from Midwest and directions said too dry hop for the last five days
in the Carboy is it okay if I don't get around to bottling it until 7 days?

So, made a Hex nut brown ale kit from Midwest and said to cool the wort below 80f well it was
well below 80 it was around 50 f is that too low should I be worried.
